This page describes what exebit does with personal information. It is written to be read rather than to protect us, so it is shorter than most policies of this kind.
This website
exebit.lol is a static website. It sets no cookies, includes no advertising, and runs no analytics or third-party tracking scripts of any kind. We do not build profiles of visitors and we have no way to identify you from a visit.
The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub receives standard request information — IP address, user agent, and requested URL — in order to deliver the page and protect the service from abuse. That data is handled under GitHub's own privacy practices and is not accessible to us in an identifiable form.
If you write to us at hello@exebit.lol, we receive your address, your message, and anything you choose to include in it. We use that solely to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share contact details with anyone.
Our applications
Our software is built to keep data on your device wherever that is technically possible. Where an application needs to transmit or store something in order to function, that is disclosed in two places: in the app itself at the point it happens, and in the privacy details on its App Store listing.
As a standing rule across everything we ship:
- We do not sell personal information, and we never will.
- We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs.
- We do not request permissions — camera, location, contacts, files — that a feature does not actually require.
- Diagnostic reporting, where offered, is opt-in and can be turned off at any time.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@exebit.lol and we will respond within thirty days. Because we collect so little, the answer is usually short.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects how we handle information, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting existing users of our applications will also be communicated in the app.
